Just got an email from American Express saying that my SBI address was not sufficient to meet fed rules, and that I now needed to supply an additional Street address.

Firstly, I'd stop using the term permanent address for the St Brendens address. They are just your mail forwarder and the address is your mailing address. You can then setup your residence address...
