The CG will remove crew if the individual has an injury, illness, or other unique issue; I would be interested in knowing the circumstances of these 3 crew members being removed from a vessel.

Ok, I'll play.

I suspect the CG forced the decision for all to abandon the vessel.

ie. Boat contacts CG and advises that they are having problems, but do not need rescue and provides info...
