Cryovaced meat, if in a fridge, is good for at least 8 weeks... When I store ship I decide how many meat dishes a week, then break that down into beef or lamb, steaks/chops or stew/curry etc. ... |

You need an 8 day menu... that way after 2 months at sea the crew aren't saying 'plum duff... must be monday'..... Store ship... appoint a cook.... tell them to sort it out...... handy to put them... |
