if your boat is over 30 years old it qualifies as an antique and annual registration fee is minimal. my 37 foot 34 year old cutter...

Try florida.

No income tax. And St Brendans Isle, a very reliable mail forwarder and a florida address.

Our friends have been using them for five years as a florida address and are very happy...
