It certainly isn't practical, but at least it's not a myth like a lot of the ACA info floating around out there. If you tax plan perfectly every year for the rest of your life then it's a loophole....

I don't think this error is location driven. The problems with security questions were brought up in the news almost immediately after the site was rolled out. I would suggest calling in if possible....

Legally, I suppose you could do that, but it's completely irresponsible. Emergency care isn't free for the uninsured so I'm not sure why anyone would want to go the route you mentioned.

This has been discussed a few times already. You won't have the option of signing up after you get sick because you will be limited to enrolling during open enrollment periods.

Sorry if this has already been asked, but have you shopped around at all? $1200 is many times higher than any bronze plan I've heard quoted... it doesn't sound right. I went on and looked at costs...
