Just an update - The trim definitely helped. Cut down the time considerably. Also helped was making sure the tubes were pumped firm.

I will just add that when I do finally Plane, I do 20kts easy. It just takes some time to get the bow down.

I already tried adding a doelfin but no meaningful change. I tried changing trims but no real difference. It planes, but takes some time until the bow comes...
