Another update....
The coast guard wants to know what vessels entered or exited the ST.Johns River and wants to collect paint samples.

That would be Kings Bay Nuclear Sub Base in Georgia. Somehow I don't think it would have been one of those.

A little more info has been released. There was a passport found in the debris field. It was not a U.S. passport.
