If your talking about this hole (in picture), what is that plug made of? What holds it in place? And will pulling it cause it to become loose on it's own? I've seen this plug and wondered... |

I just push a hose over the dipstick tube and suck it out with a pump. No big deal. Yanmar dipsticks are at the lowest point of the oil pan. That's why they have a special procedure for checking the... |
