The irony is that traditional paper coastal navigation does not depend the accuracy of the lat and long. A two / three bearing or running fix will put in a spot that gives you a sense of nearby... |

+1^10 And that is one of the reasons that every certifying agency with which I am associated teaches traditional paper navigation before electronic navigation. |
