OK, I have taken the latest list (V4), and integrated as default icons in OCPN 4.6.2. No need to use UserIcons anymore, although still recognized for custom effects if desired.

All very odd.

Please temporarily remove or relocate everything in
C:\ProgramData\opencpn\SENC.

This will cause all standard S57 SENCs to be rebuilt as needed. Will not disturb...

Something fishy about your UserIcons folder. Please try with empty UserIcons folder, and see if that fixes the chart display.

I prefer the IHO policy of making an icon be a set (mm) size, whatever the display device.

But there is another strategy. We can maybe estimate the viewing distance...

Ref the discussion above. The viewbox for all icons must be the same, some constant value. This will allow me to scale the icons onscreen...

Do not do "Adjust to selection".

If that is done, each icon will be a different viewbox size.

We will need to adjust the "viewbox" down, otherwise I will be scaling against the entire A4 drawing size.

We have a large CorelDraw file containing all icons on one image.

What we need is each icon as a separate SVG file.

I find that the CorelDraw (.cdr)...
