I would say to focus on embedded glshim for generic arm/linux platform. Once it works well for OCPN, we can push the changes upstream for all to see and use.

I recommend that you try to use the glshim that is in the 4.1 master tree now. I hacked it a bit to solve some troubles with passing doubles as function arguments. Compiler error, or I...
