I said it before, but this is very simple. Does not matter what gear you have, you must USE IT Properly! Vestas had the gear, but didn't use it. And, elementary Nav - NEVER trust one source of info.... |

AND still rely on the chart data. Stay out at night, or use a RADAR to confirm what the chart says is correct. Sonar as well is good! |

Agreed Sue and Ann. A CP shows you what SHOULD be there, a Radar shows you what IS there. both to be backed up with the mk1 eyeball and some "common" sense. Don't cut corners, give the hard bits a... |
