I'm pretty sure he failed to find a tow. From the East end of the bay it looks like her still anchored out there with maybe 4 other boats.

The problem with this particular TS was that it stalled somewhere between Crystal River and the pan handle. It's heavy winds beat us up for 3 days without much of a break at all. Top winds got up...
