Could be even closer. Back Creek in Annapolis/Eastport is about 35 minutes from BWI airport! (Assuming a benign traffic day.)

I think Zahniser's in Solomons Island can haul a big cat, although that "big" may or may not include yours. They also have a few mooring balls. Not sure if they lease those for long-term or whether...
