Nice work. It would be interesting to correlate the results with HDOP values at the same time to see if the bigger errors were due to geometry or other issues.

Does the antenna have a clear view...

(Edit, saw BCN was way ahead of me... ) Try turning off highlight tracks in the settings under the ships tab.

Look up HDOP and UERE for a basic starting point on GPS accuracy and errors.
