Disassembled, fittings changed to 316.
O-rings are white.
The whole thing was €300. I will order O-ring kit and change these, when I have I have the mood :)

Actually, best is to have two gauges - one on Procon pump, and second on the membrane.

Started 10% Clark pump with 240gph Procon, all good:
- Procon pressure 100psi
- membrane 1000psi
- flow 3.7gpm (222gph)

I did not use any VFD, directly 230V 50hz (can play with Hz setting in...

Update: I have started the watermaker - 10% clark pump with 240gph Procon pump and 500w motor.

No need to regulate frequency (no VFD) - at 230V 50hz from the inverter the membrane pressure is...

Why not?
The pump make constant 240gph at whatever pressure I want (100-200psi)
240gph is enough for 3 membranes in series. And the pressure I can adjust as needed.

Correct me if I am wrong. But...

I never mention 240 psi, the pump will be set for 105psi.

Just with more flow (240gph) - the pump will be moving faster...

Yes, there are cheap (thyristor) motor controllers, but they are not powerful at all.
The other two are 1-phase and 3-phass inverters.

FVD only change the frequency, not the voltage.

Do they start to make pressure washers in 12/24V? :) then add the cost of the inverter or generator.

And look at the working cycle of the cheap pressure washers - they cannot work for hours. Not...

СAT Pump is a variety of pumps. Some used in industrial pressure washers ($$$$, not cheap plastic ones). These are not stainless.

Better to take special model for watermakers (2SF series).
