Thanks for the CFR reference. It sounds like the CRF and Vesper policy permit any installer to perform the change. So perhaps I can just have a friendly local boatyard/installer tech submit the query...

Yeah - once I have something working i'll post it on github. stay tuned :). So far all I have done is posted the static XMLs you provided on an apache web server and pointed the watchmate mobile app...
