They are in San Francisco, I have a trailer and was going to haul them to the east coast, sailaway for $40k with a carbon rig, or $15k for the hulls, rudder and beams. You can Google tomcat

I bought this to cross the pond. Richard Woods (multihull designer) inspected and reported her to possibly be the best Command ten ever built.
Yanmar diesel, auto pilot, on top of the high end...

The sails were removed from the boat, the story is that they were being measured. I guess they didn't like the oven.
If the current owners want to sell then set up a escrow account and the money...

It was my boat, I paid 35k 10 years ago for her, and I sold her at a huge loss. I would love to buy her back for 15k, of course the engine is gone, there are sails missing, as well as the oven.

Starboard upper transom, take high power light on the inside transom, try to look through the glass on the outside, if you can find one number you might be able to sand back

Fancy foils are for day sailing and deep pockets, a Gunboat hit a daggerboard and a rudder in the Bahamas costing $150k to repair, the insurance had a $90k deductible
