Now, I am concerned. When I bought the boat, the broker said not to worry as there is one lady who does ALL of these documents. Give it a year he said. It comes to mind that that was April of 2016!...

I had the same issue with the raw water seacock on a/c and shower. Shop Vac and reducer blew many bubbles over side. A bit of plain bleach seemed to remove the gunk. A/c is back to blowing cold air...
