You have not said if you have 120v power and solar. If you do or want to install it for later you can run a dehumidifier on a timer.
It is the best solution in my opinion. We have done it for years...

Shading panels is important. Apparently you have a powerboat. You still may be shading panels with radar, sat receivers etc. Separating the panels into 2 or 3 systems may improve overall performance....
