The piece is actually torn. When the rail was pushed up the bottom part of the tube is broken while the top of the tube is still attached by small amount. I was told the weld would be too weak. ...

The pump handle on my manual pump sticks a lot. Just put in the water after all winter on the hard. Can I use lock carbon on it or maybe WD40? Is there a special lube for it?
