I most certainly did. I have spent the last three days on the boat making sure it is all good. The shaft is going in tomorrow

The new shaft is supposed to arrive today. I need to go back to the yard to retrieve my husbands ladder. I need another hand to get it onto the car. I managed to get my hand mushed in it...

There was a sticker.... the issue was they put a disposable plastic sleeve on the sling with each lift. They either didn’t drop the sling low enough to compensate for the air bubble in the plastic...

we are guessing the stuffing box. The shaft is heka-bent. If the stuffing box wasn't the issue before it certainly is now. it was flooding in. We drained it on the sling and then put it back in...

Ok I believe the count is:
Two coats barrier coat
Filling voids
Two coats epoxy
Bottom paint goes on today/tomorrow
Drops in on Friday

Bottom hasnt been peeled back since about 2006 or before
