The third part of the process that I do not have an immediate solution for is the ceramic coating, which would not stop the stove from working, Force ten say the cap would rust without it.

Ultimately the real difficulty is that If I have 25 of each size made I do not want to sell six and be stuck with the stock. The number of boat owners thus far who have written in has been slow. It seems many are looking all over the map for useless alternatives which I think is a waste of time. This is not a business deal to get rich on. 17 years ago these caps sold for about $35 a minimal production run could come in at $50 or $65 but that is just a wild guess at this point.

I am not connected with force 10. I have had a few cordial telephone conversations with the owner. He has told me that the Thermocouples are not longer available. apparently the have a retro fit kit for $135 per burner (if I remember that correctly)

I am a semi retired Pattern maker and My trade is making castings. So I thought I could help out with the cast iron burner caps. The difficulty is that the machine shop wants a minimum order of 25 to take the job on and I have not heard back from the foundry he is out of the office until Friday.

For regions between Cesme and Antalya (I think) Turkey now requires you to buy Blue Card. We were told by a marina manager to have at least one pump out between stays in the marina to be marked on the card.

However, in Gokova and around Gocek you should always pump out.

There's no talk of grey water requirements, but it's better not to ask when required to present the Blue Card
