    Single guy...kids grown...No boat yet but working on it...
    I sailed a Sunfish and Hobie Cat as a kid, surfed and fished and always loved the water. I was a naval officer for 5 years and then turned away from the sea, got married, did the career grind and raised a family. Now divorced and I sail every chance I get on friends' boats. Taken several ASA courses and have joined two sailing clubs to get more time on the water. Need some more experience before I buy my own boat - lots to learn. I'd be a good shipmate - love to cook, I'm fit, don't smoke, am witty and a good conversationalist with a buttload of blarney. As far as crewing, I take direction well! Coming up the learning curve on boat handling and I'd be happy to help any one on a cruise.
