    Hi Roetter,

I am an owner of a 450 flybridge and saw your information on modifications including bimini, solar and lithium batteries. If you have a chance could you send me any cad drawings or information we would really appreciate it. If you could think about your best additions or modifications what would they be?

Thank you! Peter p_amos at live.com

Hi there, I was looing at one of your atlantic crossing videos on Youtube and I see you had what looked like an awesome golden retriever in the cockpit just hanging out. I'm not living aboard yet but my plan is to leave next fall and I have two big black labs. How did the dog handle crossings/anchoring where there wasn't a yard to use the bathroom? Did you train he/she to go on the trampoline or something? Thanks for posting the vids!

    Roetter,
Will chase up the cell balancing boards.
The lipo in R/C have been charging and monitoring each cell for years.
    Thanks for your help.

    Hi Roetter,
We have purchased Kazaio L450 H132 from Gonzalo and understand from him, you were instrumental in helping choose the battery/ charging system installed.

I realise that it is some time ago it was installed but would be interested in any thoughts modifications you may have.
I am concerned re the solar input, especially as for the next twelve months she will be only be doing infrequent short trips.

She is now in Brisbane Australia on a marina berth with 240 shore power +solar and in view of others owner and your problems we are little concerned.Especially as its only possible to inspect/sail every second week for this year.

I am familiar with Lipo cell use/charging in RC aircraft which monitors and have used Gonzalo's method of shorting the higher pack.

We have not changed or added any of components, we love the boat its a credit to Gonzalo and your modifications really improve what is a Fab Cat.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated,

    Weekesy

    Hi Roetter
We are a year behind you guys I guess, looking to buy a 440 around Xmas this year. Anyway I notice from your vid's that you have a dog (retriever maybe).

We will be taking our golden cocker spaniel with us... how have you found quarantine etc on the other side of the pond. We are UK based and she has all of her chips and vaccines.

Love the boat and hope you are having the time of your lives.

    Cheers Fergus

I am so jealous, I am currently working in Ontario. Back and forth, east then west.
My plan is to purchase a 450 or 500 then take off for a spell.
I am back on the island in June for the month and maybe more.
I am an avid cyclist and have a few events planned.
You must be excited to get your baby.
    We really. Have to talk.
I really am good with wax and have tons of time and sailing experience.
    Let's keep in touch.
