    PK,

Interested in the shackle fix for the furler, did you sort of lash a shackle by its "eyes" to the vertical part of the guide. Seems like a good get you by fix.

PK, for diverter, I used these, the crappy facnor donuts on the stay where just that, crap

Giood fix for the furler with the shackle, I'll try that on the stay sail furler. That will be coming off soon so I can replace the bearings, while its off, I'll weld an extra guide to the furler.

Ouch about the prop shaft and engine mounts, I have the Volvo TMD engine, the mounts on those are quite a wide area and solid rubber.

    Cheers

Forgot to say, have you contacted Z Spars, they made the rig. When I had the standing rigging replaced, it was all off the shelf from Z Spars. They should have a good idea, and the UK base is very helpful

Hi PK, prebend in mine is about 6 inch. Also have slight sag in the forestay mainly because the boat is sort of cutter rigged, but the inner forestay attaches to the mast close to the forestay and both stays have to share the tension, rather than one stay taking all the tension-
No snatching of the baby stay noted.
Furling, I have Facnor furlers, and noted that they had been installed 90 degrees the wrong way, the furling line is hard up against the furler guide. To overcome this, will be having the UV strip put on the other side of the sail. This means I can lead the furling line to the other side of the furler and it wont touch the sides of the guide, which put alot of fritcion on.
When I first got th boat there was problems with halyard wrap. I fitted diverters, and when furling, can now ease the halyard about 2 to 3 inch and it makes furling a lot easier. As I single hand 95% of the time, easy furling is a god send

    Cheers
    Nigel
