This is Anthony, Skipper of a 50 ft. Benneteau. Just left Jamaica and arrived in the Bermudas. I hope you found the solution for your problem with the Autohelm, because we have exactly the same! Did you got anywhere? Jamaica is obviously not the best place to have this kind of problem, believe me i Know, I live there in MOBay.
Please give me a hint if you can a.s.a.p, owner want to press through to Canada and I can not concour with him on this one!
