Biography

I am a retired Navy Surface Warfare Officer and taught at the Naval Academy, I had a sailing Offshore Skipper 'D' Qualification back in 1989, but haven't done any sailing since. I was in a flotilla that went from Annapolis to Bermuda to Newport and then back. I am looking to get back into sailing.
