hi guy, i'm in new jersey near nyc. unit worked great and i have a video of it going while filming a bird in cockpit off atlantic city. all parts there and only used to get to florida from sandy hook bout 3 yrs ago. saved me.. 35 pearson weighs 13500. strong unit.. came with boat when i bought but would bet hardly used by previous owners, they were very old and doubt they used boat much.. all in all a great working unit.. i would guess about 10 yrs old
