Hi Bob, I read your post regarding your PSS shaft seal leak. You indicated you adjusted the tension to no avail and you were going back to the boat yard. I am having a similar experience where the yard installed a 30mm new PSS seal last year (April 2021) and everything was fine in the beginning. The boat sat for about 6 months and it started splattering and leaking. I have spoken with PYI and followed their recommendation but no luck. Do you mind sharing how you solved the problem? Thanks

Yes I do use the de website. Just takes a little too long some times. I’m putting the windlass on top of the bowsprit. I’m not sure how the 38 is but the 32 locker is too small and to far fwd. I’m planning on devising a way to move the Samson posts to the aft side of the bulkhead and having the hawse pipe go directly under the vbirth. I haven’t measured for this yet. I’m hopping this lofrans isn’t to big for my boat!!! The thing is a real monster it’s huge....
