She's a Nor'Sea27 designed by the deceased American naval architect Lyle Hess and built in 1977 at Dana Point, Ca. by Heritage Marine. The mould was sold to Bob Eeg years ago and while virtually 100's were made into the 90's, the international economic downturn has severely curtailed demand. Very popular just about anywhere sailing occurs in the U.S..
