Sorry for the late response. I didn't realise there were such things as Profile Comments.
I registered as an Australian boat to avoid any possible VAT issues and also GST/Duty issues if I ever get the boat back to Australia.
I leave for greece 3/4 to get sailing in the Aegean for 3-5 months, then not sure.

I was just wondering how you went with registering your boat?
I'm looking at doing a similar thing this UK, i have both UK and AUS passports and expecting to buy in Greece or Croatia, and making my way back to Aus.
Did you have any issues with VAT? Did you rego as AUS or UK?
