I saw your question about making rice with instant pot. Yes! It's easy, there are two ways. First directly in the pot but then you have to clean the pot, not too hard. Second, the way I like to do it, is "pot-in-pot" method. That is where you put the included stand inside then put your rice in a oven safe metal bowl or Pyrex bowl. White rice takes about 15 minutes, brown 32ish. Nothing is "instant" with the pot but I love it. Buy one during a Black Friday sale!
