I purchased my vessel in Tortola, BVI, but couldn't find a reasonable marina. Either they were reasonably priced and fully booked or had spaces but were very expensive. I ended up keeping my boat in a marina in St. Croix, USVI. I can send you their contact info. If you don't need a marina, but just a mooring ball, then I don't know where you would want to leave it for that long. But I did see a number of boats on mooring balls near the airport on Tortola on the South side of the island. Hope this helps.
