I am currently interested in a 2007 model Moody 49 which is in Poole. Very lightly used but lacks 2 items both of which I want

1) aircon
2) watermaker

It does have a generator

Do you have any idea as to how feasible it would be to install a proper aircon system retroactively ?
My intention would be to base in the Med - Lagos - and use it for occasional 2-3 weeks cruising and more regular weekly use. Do you find your boat well suited for this ? I would like to do the ARC too

PS - the Moody 49 is asking £350k - I would hope to get it for considerably, do you have any views on what a lightly used good condition 2007 model should be worth ? So few of them were built.......
