Hi all, I'm new to the site and to this group. I am selling the flat and finally preparing to buy a yacht to realise my dream of sailing the south pacific chasing waves and fishing. I am spending lots of time reading up on the pros and cons of multihulls and monohulls. I was wondering what people on this group think about this. I am looking at north coast PNG, timor, sumba and other spots in Indonesia. My plan is to research and crew on different yachts for next 6 months then buy a boat 12 months from now.
