Seeking Geoff & Bev on 'Ginger Lei'

Hello people and thanks in advance for any help you can or may give.

I'm trying to trace some old friends, Geoff and Bev Pettifer who sail the Ginger Lei. They left the UK some years back to embark on "chartering in the Caribbean". I've moved around quite a bit and lost touch.

Any help to track them down would be much appreciated maybe even other yachtie websites or other resources.

Geoff Pettifer, aboard “Ginger Lei”, participated in the 1991 Darwin Ambon race/regatta (retired w/out finishing).

That could well be him on Facebook but he had a lot more hair and no glasses when I saw him last 10+ years ago

Yes, he sailed back to UK after Darwin for a refit and consolidation before setting off to the Caribbean.

Bump,,,still no success. Is there any kind of online registry for small private yachts, perhaps with some kind of tracking?
