Oh ME ME Pick me please!!

Yes I am new to sailing, so new infact that I have no boat. I have been power boating for a lonjg time with my father and we are planning on buying a boat together. Say off shore cruiser that will stay near shore until we be ready to go on longer voyages. I have been going around the internet looking for info about this type of sailing just to get my head into the game. Any one need a crew hand during my winter break from school? I can navigate with compass and paper chart and am a Wilderness First Responder so I can set your broken arm if we are more than 1 hour from definitive care. I just need to learn how to sail. Yea long shot but hey some times you just got to get out there and see what is going on. And I almost have a degree in Parks Recreation and Tourism so I like people. I alsomake dam good beer!!
