Aloha Johnny,
About 20 years ago I was off the Spanish coast in a U. S. Navy Cruiser but was not allowed to enter Rota because your government doesn't seem to like nuclear power or nuclear weapons? I don't know why?
Not a problem. We went to Monaco instead.
Have a great sail. Is it getting close to the end of the season for you or can you sail year round?
Kind regards,
JohnL

Hi Skiprjohn. I Have had some emails tonight of British Expats Who live Around Malaga and Benalmadana, down as far as Estapona. There was a couple of war ships. It was a very large exercise involving The Spanish Army,Navy,Airforce and the guardia civil. They sailed from Malaga right down the coast. The Spanish government for sure dont like nuclear weapons or nuclear of any type. I seem to remember a nuclear British sub pulling in to gibraltar for repairs. The guardia civil closed of the entrance. It was a diplomatic stand off. Had to go without my jellied ells from morrissons for weeks. I think you can sail all year round here. Infact i am pretty sure you can. God Bless. Johnny.
