New to the boards

Just purchased my first boat. A 40 foot Van De Stadt Steel Ketch located in Grenada. Headed down in a few weeks to put her in shape. Previous owner had no experience with boats and never even raised the sails, ran the engine, did any maintenance for three years... Figured you guys/gals might come in handy in the next few months and I am looking forward to the project. Planning to live aboard while in Veterinary School and get a couple of trips in over the summers and breaks.
