Hello from Mika and Maria in Portugal!

I am a new member of this board, my friend Maria and i are two belgian ladies cruising up the portuguese coast, back to Bittany from the Med. Right now being stucked in a shipyard in Lisbon waiting for a small part and for a change of winds.I found out about this forum in a magazine in the yard s office. Nice to meet you all, if any of you are specialists of the portuguese coast, we would gladly trade infos.

Welcome to C/F. One great anchorage not to be missed are the Isles Cies.....very romantic location. The old castle at Peniche, Phonecian port in it's time, also interesting. Your weather window to round Finisterre and go north important as well. MOST important....enjoy and have fun! (Which we are doing here in the Caribbean) D&C

Wait long enough you'll have the back end of that massive low sitting out in the Atlantic. Should be amusing . It's a big bugger
