Hello

Hi everyone, how are you all ?
I'm Tracey from NSW Australia, I came on here for some advice, I have a yatch obssessed fiance' who is very keen on buying , though i worry he jumps in head first , he is now looking at importing and has found a one on American Used Boats For Less LLC (Dania Beach , FL)
apart from it being so cheap @ $8,000 im worried about scams not only with buying but with shipping etc , any advice would help as i am getting very nervous about him wanting to go ahead with an offer

Thanks guys

Sounds risky to me, to buy a boat you cant even look at.. you need a Reputable Dealer to get it surveyed first.. Id sugest buying Localy.. so you can do ALL the Looking you need to do.. AND, it can cost a bunch to have someone Sail it to Ozzy land..

Paul... :-)
oh.. Welcome..

Just looked at Link,, It needs to be put together as well.. Chaching chaching $$$$$$$$$ ?

Greetings and welcome aboard the CF, Tracey.

From the ad'
She's a Real Project Boat that needs the interior redone and needs to be rigged.
Owner ran out of money.
Will cost a fortune to ship to Australia, and require considerable time, skill, and cash to refurbish.

Aloha and welcome aboard!
Yes, boats in the U. S. can be real bargains but only if you are willing to come look at them and shop around a lot.
kind regards,
