Bonjour from Marseille,France

Hello everybody
My name is Nicolas, Nick for the anglophîle, I’m a French airline pilot looking to join your community of sailors ...
I would like to become leave aboard and I am looking at my first flooting home ...
I am looking for a center cockpit with a doghouse like the Amel ...
Talk to you soon if you know of one !

It is hard to beat an Amel, especially if you are living in Europe.

I looked hard at Amels, I finally went with a Hylas.

Downside of a ketch is twice the rigging, hardware and increased maintenance over a sloop. Knowing what I know now, if I found a decent Amel sloop, I would seriously consider it.

However I am very happy with my Hylas center cockpit sloop.
