Why No Pictures in So Many Ads ?

I see numerous ads with an extensive list of features, add-ons and options, yet no pictures?

I have a very strong suspicion that potential buyers want to see pictures before asking questions and before actually seeing an item, especially a boat, in person.

When posting, think of how many multi-thousand dollar items, in some cases multi-hundred thousand dollar items, you would respond to if you could not see a picture first.

Please, post pictures when advertising your boats.

I'll second and third that about prices and pictures. Let us see if we are interested and can afford what you have to offer.

They don't include those points because they want you to start talking to them.

Something has to really be a good deal or really interest me for me to beg for information.

I have made one purchase through the classifieds here. It was something that interested me, was a reasonable price and was described properly.

My money is good but I will not fight you to take it. If you want to sell me something you better be on your game because I act fast or not at all. In a buyers market and down economy, he who holds the cash holds the cards.

It's the seller's prerogative to choose his strategy. No use complaining to the wind. As has been noted, this strategy asks people to initiate contact. Nothing wrong with that. Whether it pays off or not is part of the gamble.

I bet you have something broken of your own to fix.
