Some new words...

(From the Toronto Globe and Mail)

The challenge: suggest a word for something for which there is no word in english, by changing another word. Some of the best answers:

Fattery: carefully chosen words about your significant other's weight.

Filmsy: a light, insubstantial film.

Pollytician: MP with no original ideas who only repeats what he hears.

Olympeean: athlete who passes all the doping tests.

Multi-taxer: Canada Revenue employee who is able to work on more than one file at a time.

Crocktail: drink that encourages boastful exaggeration

Parslimonious: insufficiently garnished.

Lattetude: very wide selection of coffee drinks.

Hipedemic: widespread outbreak of people saying "cool!"

Transparents: couples so vacuous even their small kids can see right through them.

Cronenburger: fast food that tastes good going down but leaves a creepy feeling in the pit of the stomach.

Serendripity: looking for cleanser under the sink only to discover a leak.

Scofflawn: neighbour who doesn't mow.

Bluffoon: someone who only pretends to be the village idiot.

Fink tank: group of colleagues who like to rat on each other.

Namnesia: the U.S.'s forgetfulness when framing foreign policy.
