Ahhhhh!! So soon?

We had a realtor over today to discuss putting our house up for sale. Officially it's on the market next week. The kicker is that homes, like ours, have been selling in 1-2 weeks!
Of course I have no way to know how fast our house will sell, but 3 other houses near us have sold in less than 2 weeks. Yikes!
It's our last great hurdle to freedom. It feels like I am anticipating my first date, or a new job.
Gooy excitement with a hint of anxiety. We had planned visiting the boat the 2nd week of October. But if the house does sell, we might just pass "Go", collect our $200 and be living on the boat full time by Halloween! Holy smokes!

I know it's scary and intimidating but think back a couple years to how you felt looking forward to this day. It's finally happening and now you get to live the dream:-)
Yes I'm jealous, very very jealous. Enjoy it and pave the way for the poor schmucks like me that are still a few years away.
