The thrills of boating. 😎.

Three weeks ago I added the second 30 amp service on Demani to avoid overloading the circuits. This was planned. Page forward toTuesday morning of the following week and awoke to discover the hot water heater had started leaking during the night and the fresh water pump kept trying to prime and burned up. I replaced both of those and wound up with me wrist back in a brace from aggravating the arthritis in it. Forward to Thursday night, of course not during the day, and get an overload alarm from the inverter. After troubleshooting I discover the power cord had shorted and taken the plug on the boat with, it could have been vice versa but still expensive. I replaced the cord, wired in a new plug and cut of the bad part of wire that had been attached to to the old plug. So after about a$1,000,00, I have good power, great water pressure, and hot water. As a bonus from Thursday night's escaped my wrist is back in the brace and hurts like hell. I love boats!
