Looking for a Cat Slip

Looking for a slip that will hold a 40x25 Cat in the Orlando, Tampa or Ft Lauderdale/Miami area. It will be a semi-liveaboard... I work and travel a lot and will be on basically on the weekends.
As I’m sure every here has seen, it’s quite difficult to find a slip for a Cat in Florida...
I’d also be open to a ball under the right circumstances. I realize this isn’t a classifieds section, I’m looking more for general knowledge or directional information.
Thanks in advance...

Re: Looking for a Cat Slip

Try Maximo Marina in St Pete's.

We applied there, and were accepted 6 months later. We were delayed in launching, so had to decline. We found their pricing to be better than the harborage marina, who also said they would soon have an opening if we wanted it.

Our boat measures 50x25.

Cheers, and good luck.
Paul.

Re: Looking for a Cat Slip

Little Harbor in Ruskin would be another option. Floating concrete docks, good security and they don't care if you stay on the boat part time.
