Equip an ex-charter sailboat

I'm planning to buy an ex charter boat in BVI to sail 2-3 years in the Carib. You know all this sailboats are very frugal in term of equipment

Where is the best place to buy some additional stuff??

like,

-Dinghy and outboard
-Solar Panels
-EPIRB
-BBQ
-SSB
-Anchors
-extra batteries
-Liferaft
etc

Is there any place near BVI with good supply and low prices? or should I sail to Florida to get better?

Roughly 83 miles due East is an Island called St Martin.. excellent chandleries, tradesmen etc.. you'll find as a fitting out spot its extremely hard to beat in every way important..
