We spent 4 years there until this October. Clean friendly, good sailing. Good restaurants within walking distance. They restrict the number of lives boards on each pier. So you might have to wait to get on a specific pier. Friendly staff but as it is public, there's a bit of politics involved. Feel free to call 21O. Six six 3 . Eighth O 79.
